I am obligate to show prove of a Homeowner Insurance to the Association?

- If it is in the bylaws yes. If its not, then you shouldn't have to. Read through the bylaws you should have gotten a copy of.
- If the question is--Do I have too? Yes you probably do. If you purchase a home you have to show the back that you have homeowners insurance before they'll give you a morgage. For renters, if you don't get renters insurance, you're not being smart.
- yes. because in most cases they want to make sure that you are covered, and if anyone else is covered when they are hurt on your property. this WILL be on the bylaws, and i think it's a good rule. if your kids get hurt on someone's property then you know theres a good chance that they will be covered.
- You will have to check the by laws of your home owners association but I don't see why they would want to know.
